Don't know about SC300 engine, but for SC400 there're three plugs, two to get the coolant out and one to release the air I think.

SC300 is only a 6 cyl. I assume it's just like any other 6 cyl., the drain plug is at the bottom of the radiator.

use distill water, do not use regular water...
flush with distill water at least 3 times or until the color of the water is clear enough. This mean fil the radiator with distill water, start the engine, let the thermstat to open (engine temp more than 190 degree F) drain and do all those step again.

Then use 50/50 mixture of distill water and the red stuff coolant (not the green stuff). If you prefer to use Toyota, then buy from the dealer to get the real toyota red stuff.

The shop or dealer do not do that for you, they just drain the old and refill with new with regular water and charge you $$$

SC300,

How many times did you have to flush until the water became clean enough?
Did you used distilled water?
