Default 1jz diffuculty starting up.. I need HELP

Well I got my 1jz to run yesterday. It ran like crazy.... Decided to turn it off and call it a day. Come out to the shop the next day and I had a BIG PROBLEM..... Car will not start up no more. I tried messing with it all day and still nothing. I sprayed starter fluid into the intake and it started up. It stays on and idles fine until I turn it off. After I turn off the car then it has trouble again. If anyone knows please help.........

yep, hook the two big power wires together.. Well try this.. have someone open the throttle and start it.. could be the famous bad idle motor... mine was bad and my car wouldnt run (idle) and i just put in a longer idle screw

i already put a throttle cable in also. so you saying opening the throttle is meaning opening the butterfly to wide open throttle? Man thanks for your input so far.
