I just got my interior re-done with new seat covers with suede inserts and headliner, armrest redone and had the carpets redone. Done by a local shop in Atlanta. ]
Thanks for the props. I should have taken "before" pics, because this is kind of a restoration/project car. I was looking for an SC that I could customize to my liking (interior, body kit, FI possibly) and this car met all my requirements. I picked it up for $4,000. The seats were in terrible shape (fronts were cracked, top of rear seats were split!!!) and the paint and both bumpers need major reworking. Perfect candidate. She was used and abused, but I plan on bringing her back better than ever. Let the modding begin!!!
Damn... Looks great.. I hope there's no eating in the car... LOL
You know it bro!!! I barely wanna sit in it now, but the suede material feels sooooo good. It's warm in the winter, and you don't slide around at all, so now I take the corners even faster. And the suede on the headrest was the shop's idea, I didn't even think of it, but I'm glad he did, cuz that's real comfortable too.
BTW, just so ya'll know, the material is man-made (I guess artificial?). I talked with the shop owner and he recommended it over real leather and suede for my purposes. It's more durable and less maintenance. It would have cost me $1,000 more for the real deal, money that I'll be using for other mods, heheh. He's done alot of my show club's cars and this is by far the best job he's done. I'll have to check pricing and back to you guys.
