both driver and passenger side with both windows rolled down on the highway. There is a square oval shaped ring that can be put around the belt as a band down low below the line of sight. That might help. I haven't had a chance to find it and check it out yet. I don't roll my windows down too much - mostly the moonroof and the AC.
