Default Supra carpet?

Does supra carpet fit the SC300/400? Not the mats the actual carpet set. Please don't tell me to search, I did and this question hasn't been asked since 2002...

LOL Can I ask why? Just re-dye your SC carpet if you want a new color, it's not hard, just tedious.

Stop it lol . Anything is possible with money supra headlights won't flow with sc body lines imo. There was a guy in the ES forum that wanted to do entire supra front end on his ES though

My carpet is horribly stained and reaks of cigarette smoke. Can you dye all the way from tan to black? Still I think I'd rather just have new carpet anyway...

Anyone seen any aftermarket carpet sets for our cars? Or priced out one from the dealer?

Can I ask you what you used? And how long did it take? Also did you do all the carpet, front and back, including the little piece on each door panel?

If they are real nasty , and theres no way to remove the stains, even professionally. IMO I dont think dying them would be the way to go? But if you do, definately get em professinally cleaned, or take em all the way out of the car, and steam clean yourself first. -- -Dont try and work around the seats and console, etc. I mean take the time and remove them correctly . If you have the factory manual. it gives instructions.
It may take an hour or so to remove the seats and moldings, etc if you never have.
Wether you replace, dye, or just clean themYou would want to remove the carpet to first anyhow, i would think?
I would say since they need to be removed anyhow. Why not just buy new carpet and padding at a carpet store, since all the real work will have been done. And just go by the old carpet for pattern.
Dont get me wrong, realistically, for most of us this is probably an all day , but very doable at home project .
If you want to pay $800 thats your call. For some- 800 is nothing , And if you are that fortunate, definately thats the easiest and best way to go. However for some of us. its rent.
Lets face it , theres nothing magical about the factory carpet. Other than its cut to fit the car. even for expensive carpet you'll easily save $600+ by buying and cutting it yourself . Remember you dont need very much carpet . Just some patience and planning. --You could even use the 600 to pay for new leatherskins and have a whole brand new upholstry . -Good luck,
Oh , and please no more smoking or eating in the Lex !
