Default Flywheel install - does it matter how it is installed?

I pulled the tranny today and will install a fidanza ltw flywheel tomorrow. I noticed that unlike most other cars there is no dowel pin to determine how the flywheel bolts to the crank. Hower, there is a "4" stamped into the flywheel between 2 bolt holes. Does the install orientation matter?

i wanted to ask which doesnt pertain to your question..

i heard from somewhere you have "balance" the flywheel and pressure plate prior to putting it back together?

all we did was resurface the flywheel
