I've already discussed to you what my mods were and your still saying im lying? I think i know what I have done to my own car.. fyi- my afc is STILL at 0% all the way across and has always been that way.. i told you in my last post that my first run EVER in the car was a 14.1, stock with stock boost so take the 14.7 you did on your first pass and go somewhere.....

I'm acually very happy with my run, i never said i wasnt! 100mph in a stock rated 280hp motor in a 3800+ race weight car with no lsd, ill take that anyday.

When i first got my GN and it was stock on 225 width tires and 20psi boost (15 stock), i was only trapping 97ish in it and doing 13.8s. The 1JZ feels alot faster, off the dig and at high speeds.. it just needs to be put to the ground. I really need an LSD. When my car is modded to the point where Chino's is, ill race him, at the track.

Ill be getting my adjustable rear shocks i think this week, ill see if i can borrow shanes drag radials too, it should hopefully get me in the 13's if i feather it in 1st.

Dude you told me you were running 1bar or a hair over. Why do you got to now deny all this stuff???? I'm not mad, and im not calling you out. I was there, you told me what you ran boost wise.. now why do u got to deny it? You were not at the track to see what the car could do "stock", you were there to get a 13sec run! You never run stock 9psi, your car is ALWAYS at 1bar, since i met you!

You never even claimed your run was "STOCK" til my run. You were always the 1st person to name off the list of mods you have, it was even in your sig!!!!!!!


LOL you want to race now???? I'm no ***** sherlock you'll win, we got the same cars, and you have bolt ons to run 12s, and i'm bone stock. Dude your like someone in a corvette that races honda's and prides over his wins. No crap youll win, but let me mod the same as you, then we will race, at the track. I do not street race. I just claim i can beat your 13.5. 13.5 with 280hp is do-able with traction. Its done all the time with LT1 fbodys.

 

That LSD won't do much for your trap speed.........

 

Theres alot of little things i can do to the motor to make it more efficient.. new plugs, clean injectors, reset ECU, check for IC lines for leaks, etc etc that can squeeze me out a mph here or there. Right now it runs with a tad misfire here and there, the plugs are OEM. I knew that when i put the motor in, but had bigger things to worry about.

 

just now noticed ur edit to that post.... how many times do i have to tell you, my first pass ever was 14.1 on STOCK boost.... i have the slip and you can see the differences between stock boost and 1 bar...

you wont race me now?? come on, I thought you said you can do low 13s the way the car is w/ good tires?? that should put you really close to me then huh???

all the stuff in my sig is what i have since accumulated since i started modding the car.. its pretty obvious that my car doesnt look the way it did a few months ago so that there proves my car was stock... you saw the engine bay at the track... want me to refresh ur memory??? heres a pic of it:

You had safc and boost controller since the day i met you. You can claim they are "turned off" or whatever. But since you now say 14.1 was at stock boost.. What was your mph?

BTW, you edited your last post before that one also... I seen it before u changed it.

Chino's new tag now reads... RICNVME hahahah, i crack myself up. you guys are funny. ric, how can you say that chino was at 1 bar when he ran a 14.1? i have a vid of his 13.9 on stock boost too. yes, he had a boost controler installed, BUT it was on stock boost his first run... just look at the time slips. its obvious. just give it up. he did what he did on stock boost.. thats it. it just happened to be faster than yours... maybe it was the LSD, but he ran faster, and it was a lot hoter. just accept that. it is what it is.
