Default Soarer M/T ECU Identifiers - help

I have a 5 Spd SC300 and am pending a 1JZ swap. My g/f is going to Japan next week and, although it's a huge longshot considering her resourcefulness, I have asked her to help me source the ever elusive M/T soarer ECU. With that said, can anyone provide me with any idenfiers that she can use to identify a M/T soarer ECU from all the other crap. Toyota Part#, # of connectors w/ pinouts, etc... PICS would be a godsend. Any help would be appreciated.

the mannual tranny ECU has a big "M/T" on it. the auto has a bit "A/T" it shouldnt be hard to tell the difference. just making sure its for a soarer 1J is the key. you dont want to end up with a supra ECU or chaser for that matter.... the plugs may not work with your harness. good luck.

Thanks Ki_Soarer. I will make sure to note the M/T vs A/T to her. What would really help me out is if somoene could provide me with a part # for her. That would make it a lock. Anyone???

Here ya go. You might be able to save yourself the trouble and check out this site www.f1kits.com, I found it by searching on here. He offers a yahoo auctions Japan buying service and he also sells used Jdm Soarer parts. He's located in Australia. I ordered mine from him and got in about 2 weeks.

This is Fantastic! Thanks SoarerJzz. Approx. how much should I be looking at spending on a M/T ECU?? Do you have an auto or manual wire harness. Any help would be appreciated.

No problem! I'm pretty sure the auto harness will plug into it, I have a soarer engine set, I just haven't seen if it plugs in yet.
