IMO: I wouldn't be paying over a thousand dollars for a kit thats so subtitle, I think the 97+ conversion would be more appealing, agressive and noticeable to the eye yet still keeping it's clean and stock appearance.

for the 97 and up wald kit is the rear bumper just a lip add on or entirely new rear bumper?

It's a full rear bar replacement on all of them.
