electrical nightmare
well, after having the car torn apart numerous times, doing all sorts of things to it, there are some weird electrical problems.
1) turn signals and hazards don't work.
2) climate control lights turn off when headlights are on, and on when headlights are off.
if anyone has any ideas or troubleshooting options, it would be a huge help. and yes i've checked the fuses and everything is plugged in, lol.

A friend of mine has a project car and had a similar problem, and what we did was take the blinker wand apart and make sure the contacts are cleaned very good. Then make sure the contacts are touching. I dont know how the sc is set up but you might as well give it a try. Btw we had to pull the steering wheel to take apart the steering column pannels. Good hunting
Check the easy obvious things 1st.
Blinker relay
loose connections at back of your hazards.
Doubt very much if it is a bad contact in your steering column.
Sounds to me like burned out blinker relay.

Flasher is located in Relay Block #4.
Which is located in the front section of your fuse box in the drivers left foot area.
When you look at the relays in the section nearest the firewall it is the top left or the only relay on the left side .
While you are down there check fuse # 9 which is your turn signal fuse --20 Amps.

thanx man. luckily i got it fixed. i feel like a total schmuck, but heres what was wrong. apparently, there are more than one plug that clips into the hazard button, haha. so yeah, since everything is out of the front dash, i just started matching plugs, and left it in the first one that fit. well, when i went to reassemble the front dash yesterday, i realized that clip would never reach to where the hazard button had to mount, so, once the wires were being lead to where they needed to be, i saw the correct plug for the hazard button and it was all good. whew, weight off my shoulders. thanx to all that tried helping though.
