Default A/C vent servo

The vents are stuck on the front outlet mode. I can change the mode from the climate unit but it doesn't actually change the direction of airflow, and when I took the car to Lexus they quoted me a $900 repair fee on what they said was probably the vent servo.

Does anyone in here with a technical manual or experience know of a DIY to repair this thing? Or even where the servo actually is?
