Default Question for the SC400 Owners. Car only running on 4 cylinders

A freind of mine, not gonna mention his name decided to wash his engine bay and now his car is only running on 4 cylinders. After checking the plugs and wires, the entire passenger side of the engine is not sparking. I checked both the igniters and they are both firing up. i checked the igniter wire on the right side that connects to the cap and rotor theres power comming out of that wire, its just not distributing power to the spark plugs. The Cap and rotor were also opened up and looks very clean, no moisture or corrosion, connections were even sanded down by a mechanic. Has anyone had this problem? , before i go and change out the cap and rotor.

Pull the plug wires on that side and blow out the water that is there and dry it out. This is a very common problem to those who clean the engine bay.

The car has been running like that for a week now, all spark plug wires, spark plugs , cap and rotor have been removed and dried out.

coil packs.. maybe Im using the wrong terms but 2 weeks ago my car was running on 4 cylinders because the one of the ignition coils had blown and the plug wires were faulty(they had some cuts in them) got both replaced and now the car runs...at first I thought it was clogged cats but a "real" mechanic figured it out and didnt give me b.s. anyways...the car, when on 4 cylinders runs sooooo slow and soooo crappy

coil pack. check the drivers side first. they go bad more often it is above the ac compressor. it is in front of the exhaust manifold. it takes more heat than the other one.
