(Unless you have a sc400)
I have 2 sc 4's

After it rains someone tell us how they do when wet and how far the window can go down, and if there is any blowing back in, etc....

Brian, as much as Mikeloc says it doesn't rain in SoCal, it does...and when it did, you can lower the window down to the lowest point of the deflector. The water rarely goes up and inside the car, going 65+ on the freeway or whatever pushes the water back, not up the window Definitely helps because you don't have to turn the air on inside so the windows don't fog up...

So wait, let me make sure I'm understanding this correctly. It can be raining and you can have your window down to the lowest point on the deflector and water STILL won't enter the cabin? This I've got to see...

I like the polished lip on those

The wind deflectors make our cars look tacky

sooo.... in short.... my car is tacky? as well as ACleanSC4, and IndyPwr, and groovinsc3? Have you seen these cars in person????? oh my...

has anyone else noticed that the majority of people doing this mod are the ones who actually spend money on their cars? Nothing bad, but i notice that the ones buying these are the ones with rims, kits, etc etc.

if you want, i can paint your wheels with a lip for ya...you don't need volks or iforge.

OUCH! This thread is dangerous.

So this is an analysis of Xotic sC

This is not meant to be offensive to anyone but I too notice (like Lee) that some of the only people who buy these deflectors are the ones who actually pay big money to modify their cars (me unincluded since I haven't paid big bucks on my car yet)
The reasoning behind this is because obviously your car looks "wierd" without the deflectors and everything else is stock to mild. The deflectors only look good with body pieces, rims, and so on. All in all I am pretty confident in saying that all these people who say its tacky or looks bad is just afraid of themselves looking bad and awkward.

Cliff notes : people who say these deflectors look bad are just using that to cover their cheap asses.

my personal opinion on these deflectors? I like them, but Iike bmwhat? I do not like how they cut off the chrome trim around the windows.

LOL. good analysis. I do notice more things about people on these forums... but i'm taking the 5th!

Hey, it's cool though... no one has to get these visors, I'm just here preaching how functional they are. But hey, that leaves us with an exclusive item.

hey i didnt mean to offend anyone. what im tryin to say is that those deflectors dont really flow with the car and that aesthetically ur better off without it.

WOW. Come on guys!!! Lets keep the peace fellow CL members!

I have seen all those cars mentioned in person (AutoCoutureSC,A CleanSC4,IndyPwr, and groovinsc3) They are all BAD@$$ and the windguards definitely flow with their showcars.

However I know that some members are indifferent to the windguard product...The reason for this post initially was to show our new product line and share with everyone on the boards the OPTION to purchase not purchase these from us. All in all, we are here to help everyone out and hope that our product(s) can be featured eventually on everyones car.

we all have the option to buy these. if you guys feel otherwise that its so called "TACKY" then dont buy it. you dont need to bash on LM's products. i personally would recommend these to any vehicle. as u see i said "recommend" so im not pushing someone to buy it. im giving them an option and if they dont want to take it. its fine...dont bash on it. just be like...oh its not for me....and that is perfectly fine. its not for everyone.

i dunno about it being tacky cuz if you call that tacky then you're saying my style is tacky for my car. well...i know people certainly know my car isnt tacky. i know for sure autocouturesc's isnt tacky. i've seen pics of indypwrs and that for sure isnt tacky. i love their sc's and by seeing their sc all done up it gives me motivation to make my car look as good as theirs.
