just wanted to share with the fam. that i just installed my rebuilt cluster.

just a few things... the pics do not do it justice. very very bright!! thanks to OLT for a very speedy return! i regret waiting so long to have this done. now i just have to get the AC and radio done!! enjoy the pics... any feedback is welcome. i have hi res pics if you search my screen name in the gallery. just look at the difference between the intensity of the cluster and the ac and radio... huge improvment. thanks again B!!

uhh...got mine back today too...i have bad luck with frickin USPS...every time (about 3 times now) i send my unit to Brian, I always get it back with needles that fall off the cluster...

This time, they damanged my cluster...but I plugged it in and it looked better than ever...too bad USPS always messes it up during shipping...

It is your local Post Office. After 2 years i can definately tell you where most units get beaten the worst. Your area of Cali, and NY are the two worst. Florida is .... so-so on package handling, the upper west and middle states seem to be among the best. 2 out of 8 providences in Cali have rough PO's. Ironically they make it all the way up to that point undamaged.

Current damage statistics are 9 out of 845 units in 2 years. None useless, just usually surface cracks in the glass cover, maybe a mounting tab broken once in a while. (fortunately you don't need them anyway).

5 post office damages, 2 UPS, 2 Fed Ex.
