Default Cusco front STB installed

Purchased used on supraforums. Cusco front tower bar for 93-98 Toyota Supra.
It fit my 92 SC400 but did take some effort. Despite what I have read in old threads the emblems on the engine had to be removed. The black factory circular spacers that came with the car had to remain on the car or the bar would not clear.

I noticed a big difference after installing the bar. The chassis feels noticablely more rigid. I highly recommend it.

Here is a pic before installation. Sorry I didn't bother taking a pic of it installed because motor was dirty hehe
P.S. no I won't sell my working nintendo system

show some pics of it on the car so we can see how much clearance there is over the engine.

I'd like to hear how it goes as well, as I have just purchased a '94 SC300. I'm looking at the JIC strut right now, so let us know if there are any fitment issues with that Cusco bar.

Also, in that picture, is that an old 8-bit Nintendo I see?

Here are pics of the clearance on a 92 SC400. I highly recommend this bar.
'Lexus' Emblem removed and half of the 'L' removed.

so you have small spacers inbetween the chassis and the stb? and the clearance is still that close?

That looks like a very very tight fit.
Are you sure the bar doesn't interfere when the engine turns?

I paid 140 US shipped on supraforums.

Yep I used the stock black rings that were on top of the strut towers. Without those spacing it up it will not clear.

The engine does not hit the bar on turns, bumps, etc

I'm looking to get one of those on my 300, or at least something very similar. Glad to hear it was fairly easy to install. Even more glad to hear it's performing well.

NES Rocks!
