Default Alignment issues

Move back to Pittsburgh and return to dumbness. I tried to get my car aligned at 2 different shops. 1 set it back to factory spec and other said that I will have cupping on my front tires due to the fact that I have a stag front and rear. WTF. Anyone have any suggestions. I hate people not understanding import/performance cars in this ******* place. My car is lowered and has a stag rh c2 set up 18x8, 18x10 running 245/40/18 and 265/35/18.

Any idea/help/real area alignment shops would be helpful

Fed up

Find a shop that will follow your settings, then use the settings that the Supra guys use, something like 1/16 front toe, 1/16 rear toe, .5 degree front camber, 1 degree rear camber.
That's about what I use with nearly identical tire/wheel combo.

Well, best suggestion is to find place which does fine and sport cars.

Once a while I see people frustrated that cheap alignment place did poor job on their fine automobile. I understand that $49 on 4-wheel alignment sound good, but heck you have special car, expect to pay special.
Most alignment dudes on cheap stores do not think farther than standard specs displayed by alignment computer. Their job basicly is to put all angles into GREEN zone, and that is all they do. No thinking involved, not even allowed due to liability issiues....

I went to supposed "alignment specailist." I even called the porsche and used exotic car dealerships in the area. The people they reccomended had even less than an idea then the alignment specific shops I went to. Sorry about my first post but I am just frustrated, especially after just moving back from boston where I could have had it done without a prob. I will take a look at my specs and compare, thanks scv8. Ill let you know how it works out.

Thanks

Hi there Evgeniy! I`m going thru the streak of unfortunate events starting December. Like my luck ended or something.
Acidents in family, repeated computer crashes, plumbing disasters and lately celing colapsed in my bath. Damn insurances are kiling me instead of paying....
Breside that I`m OK

OK, sounds bad. Look, take your own specs with you and ask for car to be aligned according to it.
Check specs guy recomand at planetsoarer, they looked OK to me. Good luck
