Default Racing Seats Installation - Simple or Not?

Hi,
I am considering of installing Recaro seats in my SC. Was wondering if anyone out there has done this yet and if so how hard is it? Is it worth it to take it to the car show instead or is as simple as a 1 hour job. Thanks for the input!

simple as in 30 minute job for both seats if you have all the tools.

Any racing seat will fit if you get the proper bracket for our cars. Now i don't think they make one for Lexus SC's so tell them you have a 93+ Supra and you'll be good...

a buddy of mine back in california has a bucket seat in his sc. he kept the motor, buttons to move the seat and all the brackets from the original seat. it didnt come out that nice b/c it shows all the brackets and gears and stuff. but its doable.

I was able to keep the power seat movment by bolting up the sliders to the stock rails. Ill I have left is to cover the rails but I might just paint everything gloss black .

Bingo, bingo.

I have Sparco Pro2000 in mine, ordered 93+ supra bracket for it and bolts right in.

1st of all, it is Recaro, not Recardo. Secondly, it is quite easy to install. I did mine within an hr, no problems at all. The seats just sit low that's all.

I am seriously thinking of getting some Recaros but do not want to sit too low.

I am 5' 11" would it be too low ?
