Like ki_soarer said, its done for the most part. Just need to do a lot of the little details. In the morning I am going to an exahsut shop tp get a Supra TT RMM downpipe fitted to the exhaust manifold, so it should be a little bit quiter for the drive home. But I still have to run some more wires for my speakers while i have my carpet out, put alllll the interior back together, and other misc. little **** that will take me all day.

Keep us updated on the writeup for this swap. I am going to be diving into this one this summer and any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm so confused about what I want to buy now! If I were to buy a front clip, would I get everything I need to do an automatic to manual tranny swap, too? If so I may buy an automatic Lexus and end up saving $500 overall after figuring the cost of the swap. (I'd be spending about $5500 including an automatic SC300 and JDM front clip.)

What parts did you find were worth money to resell? That may make my decision easier. Did you get the digital gauge cluster as well?

We had the everything thats on the front dashboard frmo the cluster to the glovebox. No steering wheel. We had the steering rack, brake booster, rotors, wiper motor/cover along with everything under the hood.

mteele's car was already a 5-speed so we just bolted the engine to his 5-speed. for auto to manual, I think you might need a driveshaft. You'll also want to invest in an LSD.

Cool, thanks for the post. Jarcos site says it comes with the driveshaft, but that may have not been the case when you ordered yours. I'm guessing I would only need the shifter assembly and I'd probably be good to go. Calling them now and seeing what it comes with....

Wow, that picture is definatley worth 1000 words as they say!

Looks like the manual front clip will come with everything I need for the swap then... just called Jarco but the guy I need to talk to was outl.. I'll have to give him a call tomorrow.

Going to look at the auto SC in an hour, so we'll see how that turns out.

You can't use the manual parts from a RHD clip.
