MKIV Suspension - Need help quick!!!!

I am about to send payment for a stock MKIV TT suspension. The guy said he only had the springs and struts. He was not going to send the pillow mounts or bolts. Can I use what is already on my SC400 and just swap the struts and springs out??? He is waiting for my Paypal, but I want to make sure this is exactly what I need.

AFAIK the suspension from a Supra TT are compatible with a Soarer/SC, but they aren't interchangeable between the two (ie. you can put SC strut tops onto Supra struts, nor can you put Supra springs onto an SC strut assembly).

Try a search, should work wonders

the bolts will for sure fit and for the pillow ball mounts, if its the black round thing, it will fit too.

All you need is the Supra strut and Supra spring. Dont mix the struts and springs!

The answer to your question is yes. The upper mounts and bolts from your SC suspension will fit with TT struts and springs. I know because I did this in the recent past.

So, did you find the answer you needed, did you get your parts?

For future reference, there are web based car parts sites that will give a part number for an item like the strut mounts, I found that the Supra uses the same wheelbearings as the SC this way.

Just type in "car parts" on Google.
