I have Eibach springs on my car and it too, has the same problem.
On BMWs, hearing clunking sounds from the rear means that your rear shock mounts are bad. I am glad at least the clunking sound on the Lexus does not signal bad rear shock mounts. Or it could really be "bad" news.
