Default head work.......has anyone done it?

like the title says, has anyone done any maintenance on the cylinder head?
like changing the valve seals, gaskets, valve springs, etc.........
if so, how much did it costs?

tks for any feedback.

I had Virtual works port my head and go 1mm over. I can't talk price as I just gave them a fat check for everything but my gut feeling is around 2K for the porting, newer over sized ferrea valve train and all the machine time to get it done right. My head flows a ton and it flows 20cfm more than the head that is on thier 8 second supra. I know they will do a street port head for right around 600 bucks.
