All I used....not a complete list, but it was all I needed.

Differs from what tranny you use.

FOr w58:

clutch pedal, master, slave, tranny, clutch , flywheel, TO bearing, shifter assembly manual tunnel (not needed) I just cut mine and put sheetmetal over it. I have pics of how much needed to be cut for a 6 speed) hardlines for master to slave.

THats pretty much it. Manual ecu and harness isn't needed. you want reverse lights right?

Oh? Seems like the factory engineers who put this magnificant engine together thought it was necessary, here is why:

Per MKIV.com: - "The 6-spd Supra TT uses a tension damper on the drive belt system, with each hard shift, the drive belt tensioner spring vibrates, it gets to the point were it will be bouncing back and forth from the spring reaction under heavy load shifting, this tends to make the drive belt slip off the accessories pulley's, adding this tension damper system will damp the movement of the drive belt tensioner."

Perhaps you'll get by for a while, but it sounds like a bad place to skimp on a $150 part given "this tends to make the drive belt slip off the accessories pulley."

I know you're a moderator and I'm sure you know more than me, but correct the following:

"The SC300 shares the same engine (2JZ-GE) as the Naturally Aspirated (NA) JZA80/MKIV Supra (1993-2000), therefore engine build kits and aftermarket parts for the Supra NA are interchangeable with the SC300. The Supra Twin Turbo's (TT) Getrag V160 6-speed manual transmission is also capable of being transplanted into the SC300 for improved drivetrain efficiency." per http://www.intellexual.net/faq.html

These cars, particularly the NA Supra and SC300 are close to mechanical twins under different sheet metal.

The shifter and clutch assembly is not the same. The body is not the same.

That document is a great resource. I was one of the first people to ever see it since I know the author.

Built auto tranny and a high stall torque converter will do the trick. Have fun.

People who see your car and are dissapointed your car is an auto are idiots. Just because they see crazy jdm shifting in drift videos or fast and the furious, doesn't mean they are gods. Do not change your car because some moron isn't satisfied by your auto.

maybe he's a fan of shifting manually, and maybe drag racing bores him to death, and im sure he's not looking into drifting.

I know im new.. but i hate seeing stupid useless space and time consuming posts.
