Default clutch question...?

Hey, what's up guys? Anyway, I was doing a little bit of searching and did not come up on any write ups on the subject. From what I gathered a good thing to do is resurface the flywheel because it's getting to the point where my clutch is going to go out any second now. I was originally going to try to get an OEM clutch but didn't make any sense to me because or the rarity of the car, ('94 sc300 5 speed) that it would be more beneficial to go aftermarket first because I plan on dropping in a motor in the future. I hear of people going ACT and heard good results, has anybody tried any other clutches (ie : Exedy) and had similar results? What are some good sites to check out as well, I plan on ordering one w/in the next week, it's getting that bad... thank you in advance, peace!

in november me and my friend changed our clutches at the same time.. he went with trd, i went with act.. he regrets going with trd (for a daily driver), and whenever someone drives my car they always compliment on how smooth the act clutch is and how quick it grabs.

I have put in an Unorthodox Racing clutch and lightened flywheel. The clutch is a segmented kevlar with a spring center. The feel is near stock, the break in period was a bit long, but overall I love it. You should check out the site.

I think the price came close to 1K with the flywheel and clutch kit. Call them up to see what kind of price you can get. Some times when you order the flywheel and clutch they might give a bit of a discount. (not postitve) But the people at UR are great to work with.
