Yeah, those Flexlights need a 30 amp fuse. 20 amps will blow a might quick. 
If a clamped radiator hose came off, I'd definitely take a look at the headgaskets. The pressure to blow them off had to come from somewhere. Are you using the stock graphite gaskets, or MLS gaskets?

I am sad that I missed LexFest...
I got my car at 11:30 tonight...
It is running well now, no issues with the AFR, except that I can only tune so much without the piggyback. So, I will boost lightly...But wow, even at very low boost, it is definitely much quicker...
The built engine goes in during October..., so does the paint, BBK's, etc....
I received the front brakes in the mail...very nice. I will attach some pics. I also received the emblems, stunning....Billet fuel door is in also. It is coming together....
