I'm going to need new tires for my Lexus SC 400 (1995). Do you guys have any recommendations?

summer tires I assume

Bridgestone Potenza S-02 pole position (new S-03 this summer)
Toyo Proxes T1-S
Dunlop SP-9000
Bridgestone Potenza RE-730

(in decreasing order of cost)

Cheap tires

A good all seasons tire is BFGoodrich g-force KDWS; I just put a set of 245-50-16 on my 93 SC400 $119 each at WalMart.

All season or summer? Price a consideration?

For all seasons, I agree w/ VQTb the G-force KDWS are rated really well.
For summer, you might want to try the Khumo Ecsta Supra 712s, I think they are respectable for the price. Of course, these are probably the two most economical choices.
