That's mine! It's a '97 SC400 with 22K miles on it. I'm using 18x9 with 235/40 up-front and 18x10 with 275/45 in the back using Volk Racing Silver SS rims. So far, I've also installed RMM intake and Borla exhaust. Upgraded ECU from Jet Performance, RMM torque converter. Also, lowered the car with Eibach and Tokico combination.

Kutsired,
Nice ride...!!!
There's debate whether or not after market ECUs really help the SC at all since it's pretty decent from the factory(and hard to re program)...
Have you dyno'ed your car before and after the jet "upgrade"? What is the 0-60, 1/4 et from your mods?
Also what do you feel(notice) is the biggest gains from the upgrade?
What was(is) the price for the Jet unit and what did it promise? How long did it take?
TIA
Also, if you make a mistake or forget something on a post/thread use the "edit/delete" on the lower right of the post... I over looked it to when I first started posting...

No, I did'nt dyno the car. I was at RMM for the tc replacement and I noticed that Jet was just in front of their building, so I walked in and asked about the ecu upgrade. I went ahead and took my stock ecu to them right there and they only took about an hour to do the programming. Cost? About $350.
Unfortunately, I did'nt have the different feel between the stock ecu against the re-programmed one, because at the same time, my new tc was installed. Although, I'm been really happy with the upgrade that I had done.

Kutsired, so... what exactly did you pay them to do?
In other words, what did they claim their reprogramming will do? Rev, Top speed, torque, fuel and/or air remapping, ignition or what.........?
Great price if it helps to boost just 15hp...
Any one else have any opinions of JET, Super chips, etc for the Lexus???
Nice car, did I say nice car...?

Kutsired,
Sweet ride man...just looking at your pics makes me think that I should screw ride quality and get some nice 18's!
Ikon, I've heard gains of 35 HP (at the crank) with an ECU upgrade is possible--sounds too good to be true, right? Forgot the name of the company, but the head programmer is a guy named Takashi and he knows his stuff. Of course, the ECU is like $1200...
