Introduction
I do have one question to ask. I am not sure and wanted to know about body kits, and not which one to get either. I wanted to know because I have seen other cars not just sc or lexus, have the bumper bar reinforcement taken out to fit some aftermarket bumpers. Is this true or are those bumper not made properly for those cars? So pretty much if you get into a front end accident and depending on how fast you are going....you are srewed....
Thank you for any response

I really doubt that you need to remove the reinforcement bar to fit a bodykit on (I'm assuming you're referring to the metal bar behind the bumper), you might have to shave the foam but that should be it. If the kit doesn't fit on right onto the Soarer then it shouldn't be on there in the first place.
Cheers

A - it's not the right bumper for the car
B - u r jeopardizing your safety and your passengers safety for cosmetic reasons.
Shaving is one thing, but removing is dumb.
There are plenty of kits for the SC that fit without having to even shave the reinforcement. Good luck and welcome to CL,
Peace,
Jonny
