The light on the dash, that comes on when a light in the rear is out, came on today on the way to school. When i got to school, i checked the lights and all were fine and i got a friend to press the brake and all the brake lights lit up. When i was driving home, the light on the dash didnt come on till i got 2 min. from home. When i got home i did the same thing as i did at school and nothing was out, even the brake lights weren't. Has anyone ever had this happen to them? Does anyone know what is wrong and why this is happening?
P.S. If it matters, i have a 1992 SC300.

 

Check you brake fluid is topped up. The rear brake warning is linked to both the globes and the overall brake system.
