carbon fiber door panel

This is the begining of my door panel in carbon fiber. Im doing the bottom half of the whole interior and recovering the rest in black leather and suede for the top of the dash and doors.
I have to grind the over hang and sand the panel smooth

That door panel looks like a un prject and will look sick when complete .... u may want to dye the bottom carpet section black to accentuate the look....

lookin good 2.5soarer...did you prep the surface with anything before you put the CF on it? You might as well take a mold of it and make a completely new door panel

I'll just have to show you later when I'm done...good job so far, I was thinking of doing the same but I the armrests wouldn't look right if I covered the bottom in CF...

Are they accepting more aproved vendors? I was told they were not accepting anymore...?
