Question chrome exhaust tips

Anyone have (2) used chrome exahust tips for a '92 SC400 for sale? I have gold ones and want to use chrome instead. I would like to avoid paying dealer prices...you know. Thanks.

Plazz,
You can remove the gold plating if you like and polish it to look similar to chrome. Or if you really want, you can swap them by posting in the classifieds section. Using the search feature will provide you with a lot of information if you would like to remove the plating. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your input! I will try to polish them before I replace them.

Question Trade?

I got two chrome exhaust tips off a 92 Sc4.... Get some pics of yours, I wanna see the condition. I'll do the same and we'll see if we can make a trade.

Thanks for the offer but my gold ones were in pretty bad shape. A lot of the gold was worn away. Using mild rubbing compound, I polished all the gold off. They are now shiny but not like chrome ones would be, more like polished stainless or something. Are you still interested in selling the ones you have?

Oh, and I'm pretty sure the tips are welded on. Something to keep in mind.
