Default emblem theft

im considering buying a set of jdm griffin and soarer emblems but they appear to be a bit pricey. theres always a possbility of them gettin stolen, i was wondering wat are the odds of getting them stolen i mean seeing soarer emblems are a bit of a rare site and ide think chances of gettin jacked are a bit high...i was thinking maybe goin emblemless and shave everything off.... but the griffin and soarer emblems are such a great jdm novelty .. wat do u guys think???

thats what i thought before I put mine on. epoxy resin can be used, but hopefully they don't scratch up the car or break the emblems trying to take them off.

Since we're on the subject of emblems, some guy walked up to me the other day.. he was like, is that your Lexus? I told him yes, and he said, "why is there a Peugot sign on there?" Does that **** you guys off? or is it just me? haha

I don't like the debadged look, seems like something is missing when you do that. If you want the griffin emblems go for it, if someone steals them then that's just luck. You can't deny yourself simple pleasures because you fear someone else will take them away, things can always be replaced if need be.

Ken, when that chump asked you that idiotic question you should have just laughed and shook your head...then told him to do some research if he really wanted to know...silly rabbit...

I had my Griffin stolen, quite a collectors item for your average theif and not cheap to replace at £50 a pop. Strong 3M adhesive or clear silicon sealant has also been known to work well.

Doesn't really **** me off, although no one has asked me that particular question yet. As long as the guy wasn't trying to be a , then I think it was probably just ignorance. Fortunately, ignorance can be cured! I did have a guy ask me if it was some kind of Ferrari once, though.
