Default Hood Shocks

Guys,

I did a search and didn't come up with anything. I need to replace my hood shocks as they no longer hold the hood up. Where is the cheapest place to get them and how difficult are they to install?

Thx,

Jonny

Like he said, I too need hood struts/supports to hold the hood open, My hood gets a little heavier everyday .

I think these would be a "Great Group Buy Item".

Rockauto has them for the trunk but not for the hood. Ran into the same problem when I checked locally some time ago. But there are some good suggestions elsewhere in the thread. Ebay, private party etc. This hasn't been a priority for me, as I can still get by for a little while longer with the old ones (as long as it doesn't get too cold out, and that's not much of a problem here in Miami).
