Need Help With Door Locks!

my power doorlocks do not work, only the unlock does. i even changed it to a new switch and the problem is the same on both sides. Anyone know where or how the relay for doorlocks work?

there is a power door lock, alarm computer, not sure whrere it is

I have the same problem, you need a new computer try to find one used somewhere
