Help on front seats!!!!!

I am trying to remove my front seats so I can take the carpet out and dye it black. But I cannot figure out how to get the plastic clips off so I can get to the bolts. I try to pry them off and they look like their going to break. Please help!!

pry them out, they will come out. Take your time with a screwdriver.
