Does anyone know how to totally remove an '08 RX350's rear seats? Something got behind (or under) that needs to be retrieved?

I have removed the seats entirely and it is quite involved. The easiest and quickest way to gain access behind the seats is as follows.
The carpet backing that covers the back of the seats needs to be removed where it attach's to the cargo floor. I believe there are black plastic clips/ grommets that hold it down, Be careful removing the plastic clips as they will break. A pry tool that applies pressure all around the clip is best.
Once the clips/ grommets are removed you can slide the seats or release the seat backs to gain access to the floor area.
