I searched but couldnt find much on it, Do the soarers in Japan have clear cornering lights, side markers? I know they dotn have them in the U.S., but some companies will convert yours for a price. Id there any way to get OEM factory clear side markers? Mine were converted and look good, but the bulbs are too big and hit the lense, so they wont screw in and fall out. With the amber lights, the lenses bowed out slightly so they would fit.
The D-speeds run around $140 shipped in from Japan. Kinda pricey but less than the clear corners conversion. It only took about 4 or 5 days to get them. Check out http://www.takakaira.co.jp/

Cheaper than the clearcorners conversion? You have to send in your stock corners, but... They're only $100/pr for bulb version, $175/pr for LED version where they retrofit the corners with an LED strip. Not bad counting that you can get them in clear or smoked http://www.clearcorners.com/products/lexus/sc1/
not to sound too much like an idiot, but how do you change the bulbs? my pass side corner light is burnt out and I cant figure out how the hell to change it
do a search for "clear markers" or something like that for details.... from what i remember i removed the 3 screws in the wheel well and the CAREFULLY unscrewed the side markers. I say carefully because there's a chance you might drop something in the bumper or at least thats what I thought. Once you do that they pop out and u just take the bulb out.

I actually found a company that sells authentic clear side markers from japan for 159.00 a pair. That's absolutely nuts to pay that much money. My side markers were cleared for about $25 for the pair. In any case, to solve my problem, I found a pair of bulbs that are the same type but slightly shorter by a few milimeters, thats most likely the difference between fitting and staying in place and not fitting and falling out.
Its too cold to be changing lights myself... I'll let a shop do it.

Was this an eBay job? How is the overall quality? I would imagine better than the DIY markers. Any pics? Don't let a shop change your lights, it's easy. Once you get good at it you can open it up, change the bulb, then close it back up in 5-10 minutes.
