Default 97+ conversion

I recently attempted the conversion. Paid $1300 for all the pieces and the bodyshop charged $800 to paint and install.

It was $1300 for everything except the tail lights. As I said previously, this was the wholesale price usually given to bodyshop owners. I got that price by complaining to the dealer manager that their prices shouldn't be more than the people at Carson Toyota in California.

Thats pretty good deal casue my freinds body shop only recived about 10-15% off list price. I paid about 1800$ for everything including taillights and i got the parts from my freind that works at Lexus he got about 20% off list.

The conversion didn't fail, I changed my mind. After seeing a wisesports lip for sale on this site, I returned the front bumper and bought the lip. I'm not a real fan of the grill between the highbeam lights of the 97+ cars. I returned the rear bumper because it doesn't drop down low enough for me. I bought a rear lip from erebuni. I kept the oem side skirts, they are on the car. I like the outcome. It looks like a newer sc but different than anyone else's. There are several pics in the gallery section.
