Question A fix to voltage drop and jumps?

This SC has not stopped giving me problems with voltage drops, I have replaced my battery, my terminals, and my alternator, and still my voltage just drops and jumps around. Im stuck but what I really think is the belt tensioner is pretty bad and original and can be replaced. since it drives the accessory belt could that be the issue of my voltage jumping around? most of the main grounds were checked and its not those.

yes unplug it check the wiring behind the plug. also check for corrosion on the power wire. there is a box next to the power steering pump mounted infront of the strut tower with clear glass on the top look inside for burns or corrosion. also check the ALT fusible link for corrosion

Also check for bad grounds...loose connections, brittle wiring...anything that could be resulting in an intermittent ground signal.

problem is I don't know where most of the grounds are on this car. But there was this one ground near the left catalytic converter, I wiggled it and it just fell apart, but it did not affect anything on my SC. Should I be concerned?

For the most part, grounds are cumulative. The more connections to the frame, the better, and one bad one usually won't bring down the system. So, the one you found that crumbled was likely too far gone to contribute anything up to that point. That tells you nothing about the health of the rest of the system...
