Default supra bumper on SC???

Hmmm.
I was looking at the supra bumpers, and the shape seems similar to the SC fron bumper.
they both have the cent flap that come up in the center....

Wonder if it can be fitted with some custom work....
only thinking baout it cause we don't have any urethane options besides going to the 97+ bumper....
Stillen makes a pretty nice urethane one for the supra but not for us

this is less outlandish than the civic with the E class front end, if that can go on there with custom work, i am sure the supra bumper will go on with much less work, but dont expect it to be easy....

The answer is yes.....it definately can be done. There was an sc that was in Fast and the Furious #1 a purple one with dragon graphics.....i hate it now but liked it back then.....i actually contacted the shop down in L.A. that did all of the custom work for it......it was a 93-98 supra blitz kit, modified and put on the sc400....i think he said that just the labor was around 1000.00 not too bad i guess if you want you sc to look one of a kind.......im coo though dont want any bondo on my Lex

I vaguely remember a silver SC on here with a Supra front end....mighta been the rear, not sure anymore. its been a while. With all the similarities between the two, I'm sure it can be done.

Yes, it can definatly be done.........but it CANNOT be done in urethane. There is no way to alter, fill and change the shape of the urethane other than hot melt kits. The only way to do it is with fiberglass and bondo, and then a mold could be made from the PLUG created. Never the less the parts would be fiberglass not urethane.

yep, this car was on F&F 1 during Race Wars on the strip racing against I think a prelude.

I think he redid his car also in silver with a nice widebody kit.
