After you'd mentioned it and I looked at it from that point of view, it actually does look like an RC car from the top view...a very big and fast toy
To be honest, before I started doing videos of these cars years back, I had no idea there was such a cult following and community behind them.To see the stark difference between a stock SC and a modified one that a lot of SC owners have done to their cars is amazing.
Chanh55, who owned a black SC in one of my old videos, showed me before/after pics of his car, and I was shocked at the difference -- the stock car was round and had balloon tires and looked nothing like the modified version; it was like a miniature blimp on wheels
(no offense to those with stock setups. If you like it, that's most important). For me, I appreciate creativity and art, and just like modifying any car, these cars are no exceptions to that process.
I like photography and videography, and to be able to pair them with some of the unique creations that others have created and show it in (hopefully) an entertaining way, it's fun. And it's always cool to see others enjoy it as well

Keep up the good work, I was ready to watch more.

When I'm working/doing things, I can be very focused, sometimes "dead serious." But then there are things that make me laugh, so I share them
(I'm sure I'm the only one laughing most of the time).
Here's another SC shoot. This one features JamesN @Jamezygarage SC400. It's a slow-paced video, but it does have an SC with a 2JZ-GTE engine swap and sort of fits the theme of this thread, so I'll include it here.
Back story for this shoot:
This was shot in 2008. The project was edited partially but was never finished, because I wasn't happy with how it turned out. The footage was fine, but I thought the pace was too slow.
At the time and even now, the majority of videos I make are fast-paced, so the calmer style simply didn't fit.
However, James did a nice job modifying this SC400 in such a tasteful way that I think it would still inspire others to replicate, either partially or fully, 15 years later.
I like to finish what I start, and it would be a waste not to show the video, so it was reprocessed and re-edited with modern setup, and this is the result.
Hope you enjoy, and thanks for watching😎🤘
