Default Front control arm problems

Got the Godspeed front arms installed, but when I turn the wheel all the way to the left or right the brake calipers hit the arm.
Anyone have this problem as well?

Damn! Those look nice. Are those adjustable? by the image it appears they may be?? I would try to adjust them deeper in. I'm still stock, so take my comment with a grain of salt.

Default Update

Store said they sent the wrong arms out.
So they sent the “correct” ones, but still have the same problem.
Brake caliper hits at the same spot when you turn all the way to the left and right. SMH
So I had them just put the stock arms back in for now.
Bro in law’s friend said to get lower control arms??
Can there be something wrong with the actual car itself???

I put phase2motor extreme camber adjustable upper and adjustable lower control arms on my son’s ‘99SC300 about a year ago. Obviously, thisn a different brand and his car also lowered on coilovers, so may not apply to your issue.

Ideas that come to mind:

1. If your car is at stock suspension height some aftermarket arms might not fit as well or have rubbing. Do these Godspeed assume lowered suspension? Your rubbing might be inevitable for that reason. By looking at things on your car, would rubbing be reduced or increased if suspension were lowered?

2. Looks like your arms in photo have camber adjustment, so try to max out in opposite way they set up now to see if fit is better. Or just look at things and imagine how camber would effect fit.

3. At install, You should tighten down these
new suspension components with your hub under load—if installing on ground, you can mimic this by jacking up wheel hub a few inches while you torque down the arms in relation to hub. This may or may not affect rubbing with caliper too much.

good luck and let us know what you eventually works. It’s a frustrating experience when things get stuck like this.

If you just adding adjustable camber upper control arms to sc that has stock suspension height AND stock lower control arms, then yeah, problems with fit may be inevitable.
