Thumbs up Got the Lexus back!

I have been driving the lexus around town today It is nice to be able to drive it around after soooo long. I sold all the gauges out of the car in anticipation of the stack though, so I can't even get on it until I get the stack in. Oh well, better to be able to drive it normal around town than not be able to drive it at all!

I set up my appointment at the chassis shop today too to have the chutes put on

Anyways, nothing to exciting to talk about, I am just excited I have the car back!

The brakes won't be able to slow you down(short track) or is that a track requirement?

150mph + trap speeds or so they require chutes.

Ohh looks like Ethan posted same thing before me, hehe.

Question

Ethan,
How fast do you estimate you will be running? How fast in the past?

We are shooting for high 8s at 150-155. I would like to get it up to 160+ by the end of next season if it keeps running, as we will be pulling weight progressively as the season progresses.

The last time it went down the track was 3 years ago it went 11.050 with @1/2 the power it has now.

i need to get a gsxr 1100 and take Vance & Hines and mod it out the wazoo and go to the track and try to keep up

I had a 1100 V&H modded camel race rocket once. sold it because i almost killed myself multiple times. but that would be fun to try and keep up with you on the track with it

You KNOW you better get us some VIDS of that thing soon

I'm not familiar with that bike in particular, but I don't know if you could keep up with him on any bike unless heavily modded.... 8's? Wow, sooo quick. The coolest thing is that the car is streetable, too!
