Default 1992 SC400 ECU Trouble

Can anybody tell me if my ecu is bad? It’s a rebuild from Tanin but I just bought a 92 SC400 and saw a lot about the ecu’s being bad so I checked myself and saw this, not sure if it’s bad or not I posted in another forum and got mixed replies. My car now doesn’t start since I took the ecu out and plugged it back in. All I did was take it out and took some pictures (I have more of the whole ecu if needed) and put it back now it doesn’t start, did before I took it out.

(These are two seperate spots, they kinda look the same to me)

Hard to say for sure due to how the phone camera processed the image, but those soldering joints look terrible. What does the rest of the board look like?

I also have a video of the board, if these images suck too I can probably email them

All of our ECU's are tested in vehicles before being shipped to customers and leave the building in working condition. If the car ran fine, why take apart the ECU?

Did you reach out to us if you had questions or concerns? The soldering is correct. New solder is shiny compared to the old solder and the melted glue/coating on the board is the other substance you see.

The car was NOT running fine.It spits and spitters even after new plugs, wires and coil packs. And i’m not doubting that it didn’t work, but i’m saying idk how long it’s been since you guys did the rebuild, I bought this car 2 months ago off and have been troubleshooting different things. I didn’t send you guys the ecu either it would’ve been an owner or two before me and in that time couldn’t it go bad? But since you commented this looks fine then? I literally don’t have a clue.

Will send you a PM. You would not be able to visibly "see" anything wrong with an ECU if it's been rebuilt, typically unless it's been rebuilt incorrectly.
