Not 100% sure anymore, as purchase was made ~2 years ago and it's my kids car. It's all plastic-fantastic / PU material either way.
My interior is called "Thunderstorm", whatever color association that name may pop into your head.
Lexus USA marketing folks must have been under the influence of something to come up with that name for blue-grey color scheme.

"Faux suede" is not the official interior material in RZ's.
Lexus uses abstract interior material branding names (not dissimilar to interior color names) that hide underlying material behind both NuLuxe (aka synthetic leather) and Ultrasuede, both of which are mixes of polyurethane (PU).
PU is a synthetic, polyurethane-based material. With some additions of polyester (remember 70s shirts?) and god knows what else. The same stuff Tesla uses in its interiors.
I have pure white Tesla PU interior, and it is surprisingly easy to clean and maintain.
Granted, PU is nowhere close to being as luxurious or pleasant to the touch as leather. Nor is it naturally sourced, nor replenishable, nor eco-friendly, despite automakers claims to the contrary.
But PU is cheaper, and is often well obfuscated behind exotic marketing names like NuLuxe and Ultrasuede. Tesla calls its PU interior "vegan leather", which is an obscenity as far as marketing names go.
PU's major downside is that it heats up like crazy in the summer, and can become scorching hot to the touch.

I believe you are right about acoustic glass pairign with Luxury trim, although I don't recall any differences in interior noise when we were test driving multiple models ~2 years ago.
The major upside to Luxury trim was better audio, although my kids didn't appreciate the difference.

That is true.
Which is one of the primary reasons I twisted their arm to go with the model riding on square 18" tires that can be rotated.
I also went with square 18" winter wheel+tire set for the same reasons.
The comparison tool on the Lexus site says Ultrasuede for Luxury and Nuluxe for lower trims. I'm just making the assumption you can't wipe Ultrasuede clean the name way you would Nuluxe. Happy to be corrected.

So sorry for the late reply! Somehow I did not get notification about an update.
With about 6 months in, the ultraseude seats are holding up exceptionally well with 2 kiddos under 2 years old. Milk, pizza grease, and coffee cleans up well with towel dabbing. Difficult stains like from the pizza came up quickly with an upholstery cleaner called “Folex” that I got at Home Depot.
Regarding the tires, the original Dunlop’s were replaced at 12,000 miles. The first owner tore through it. I got it Lexus certified at 12k miles and they replaced it with Bridgestone Alenzas. Smooth and quiet tires. I don’t drive nowhere as aggressive and at 16,000 miles plenty of thread left. I think the fun of instant torque and acceleration really used up the initial set of tires.
Finally, with regards to rattles and noises. I found the same dash rattle came from this plastic panel under the drivers footwell. During warmer days the plastic softens and when you drive over bumps it makes a noise and sounds like it’s coming from the HUD area. I put some felt strips at the contact points the eliminated the noise.
