So I live in the North East with snow and ice conditions...

The front radar sensor behind the Lexus badge collects snow and ice and causes all the systems that relay on that to disable. I know this is normal as all my car that have had this did the same thing.

My issue is the warnings show in close the center of the gauge cluster and continue to come back after you acknowledge the warning. It doesn't matter how many times you clear the warning it continues to repeat. My other cars that had this but it you acknowledge it, it would go away until you restart the car (if the warning is still present). It has happened twice this week in the beginning of my drive to work so for 20ish miles I have this warning in the middle if my screen.

I've checked the car system and cant seem to find a away to shut this off or at least allow it to go away after it is acknowledged.

Any one having the same issue?

i thought the same thing but I don’t see where you can see if it’s on or off. I thought read somewhere that also that it could be the Canadian version only.

 

The Canadian version definitely has the heated badge.

 

Same in prior gen of the RX - can't make it stop.
