Default Intuitive Parking Assist

I have seen a few videos on how the Intuitive Parking Assist can back the vehicle into a parking space or maybe parallel park. Does anyone know if it can park head into a parking space? The reason I am curious about this is because the Panoramic View Monitor just isn't being added to the vehicles currently being sold.

Intuitive Parking Assist is just the parking sensors that beep. The self parking system is called Advanced Park. That's a different option in case you're looking.

I didn't get advance park, but I did get intuitive parking assist and the panoramic view camera. That should still be very helpful when parking.

I have Advance Park on mine. Tried it a couple of times but no luck. It’s pretty buggy tbh.

This is something that might get fixed with a future update. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Purely judging by past experience with Toyota/Lexus vehiclrs, nothing gets updated.

Updates take years and if lucky, the minor model change in 3 years will have the update.

I had a system similar ro advanced park assist on a 2015 Ford CMax. Worked well to get into tight parallel parking spaces. Later versions included the addition of pulling out of tight perpendicular spots, although I don't know why you'd want to park so close to a car next to you that they couldn't get in without banging your door. Might be good if you're considering parking close to a wall? Anyhow, it's a feature that works well enough and has been proven by others, which is typical Toyota; let them work out the bugs.
