The rubber doesn't seem durable with the OEM blades - in fact, mine were torn and that's why I replaced them.

What state are you in? Not sure Ice blades would be a good choice down here in the South

NJ. Why wouldn't they be good even in a warmer climate? I never had issues with them throughout summer months. I suspect they're more durable than standard blades.

I self install the OEM inserts from the Lexus dealer, but they have increased in price. Smaller side: $14.27, larger side: $20.02. They last a year and are completely silent.

Don't know where you got your refills but I recently bought left and right refills on line from Treasure Coast Lexus on sale for $9.30 and $6.63. Also got the rear refill for $6.63.

Twice a year I clean the blades and lubicate with this 303 product. They last at least 3-4 years.

Local dealer. I thought it was too high at the time.

Local dealer is always the worst place to buy wiper blades, engine air filters and cabin air filters. Always buy those items on line.
