Service Intervals RX350h
For the upcoming 10k, I might take advantage of their pick up and delivery service. It’ll save us an hour drive-each way- in Houston traffic.
For my previous (2013) RX and for my 2023 they have twice driven up here (three hours ride), dropped off a loaner (which I don't use) and taken my car away, once for a recall/software update...all in all it consumes three days but evidently they have drivers for this.
I'm sure it depends on the dealer...

It's nice of them to do it, but I don't have the three days it takes to complete...this is what I get for buying a car that has no dealers in my state...but all in all I don't regret anything, my local mechanice can do everything but warranty work and I've need almost none of that except for the software update.
Friends with Subarus say they get software updates remotely....wonder why that is...

I guarantee he will. I know one lady that lives even farther and always gets that valet service from the same dealer. I’m sure there are limits but our sales guy, who happens to be the sales manager, offered it for our 5k service. I declined because I had other business in Houston that day.

My Lexus dealer is in the city and it is about 10 miles away. OTOH, there are two Toyota dealers near me that are less than 5 miles away. I completed my one year free service (including rear camera recall) a month ago and do like the complimentary service and spacious waiting room at Lexus. However, based on what I read in this forum, any Toyota dealer can pretty much perform the same service as a Lexus dealer and for a more "reasonable" price. This may tilt my preference towards a Toyota dealer, unless a local mechanic can do the same service competently and for a "much more reasonable" price :-)
