Default No Service Alert?

2025 UX
It has been 6 months since the purchase. There is no service alert. My previous car will show an alert on the dashboard. Does it mean it's due for service? Or the car simply does not have this alert feature.

Thanks

It goes off the mileage, not date, you can set/reset it through it through the infotainment/driver steering wheel selections.

That explained it. The manual says 6 months or 5,000 miles. I don't drive a lot so it has not hit 5,000 miles. It seems to be a software defect though (my previous car track dates as well). That said, I did get many emails and calls, starting from 4 months after purchase, which was too much

Thanks

Are the 6 month/ 5k inspections really necessary? In the modern era with synthetic oil, I have brought all my my cars in for service at 12 months/10k miles. Seems like they are intended to boost dealer service revenue. Will failure to service at 6 months invalidate the warranty?

I think the 5k service is just a tire rotation. Skipping that won't invalidate anything.

Mine just turned 4500 miles today, and it says "service due soon" on the dash when I start it.
