I sold my RX for a TX500h when we were looking to replace our RX. Space and drive helped make our decision.

Ultimately, I found the fully loaded 350h was approaching the cost of the 500h and I thought the 500h might have better resale value. I am having a hard time saying good bye to my 2015 V6 400h! It is a wonderful SUV. What is your experience so far if you have a new 2026 RX hybrid? All thoughts appreciated before I purchase the one I just ordered!
We purchased a RX350H Luxury trim and are very happy with the vehicle. The only complaint I have is the amount of dirt intrusion from the bottom of the door. That is a terrible design to have a door close with a vertical seam right behind the front tire and in the rear wheel well. I have never seen a car without a proper sill that the door closed on. This leads to tons of dirt inside the jamb and the door as well as within 100 miles the bottom of the doors a black plastic piece is already damaged with tons of little craters from things hitting it off the tire, that would have been better to hit the bottom of the car with some undercoating vs. the door. Again, other than that one significant issue it is a really nice car. Made the choice as we kept looking at features, specs, size/dimensions of other models as well as cost of used in our area and landed on just biting the bullet on a new unit with the best fuel economy we could get. We chose white with peppercorn interior and love the combination. I am not sure I have ever been in a more quiet vehicle.

Annoying design I agree.

I told the dealer, Pohanka Lexus, what I wanted on the car and they come as close as they could. They came very close when they informed my they had a car for me. It has a couple of things I did not care about, but all the major stuff is there. I gave them two color choices for the exterior and they found one of them, a black one.

Did you consider mud flaps on the front? I am considering based on what you wrote! Thank you!

Sorry the question did not post. The question was: Dealers have told me you cannot order a new 2026 as specified for a particular individual. My reply is my comment.

I did order one to my spec, a 500h. The one that came in was very close to the spec, although it had a couple of small additions I did not care about. But at $77k, who is counting!

My dealer is Pohanka Lexus in Fairfax VA. A large dealer. It took 4 months to get it.
